For individual reservations, cancellation is possible up to 15 days prior to the arrival date.
For group reservations, cancellation is possible up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Confirmation deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Failure to pay one or both deposits does not guarantee room availability.
For group reservations of more than 3 rooms, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to check-in.
